An analysis of the application of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis method in treating incipient abortion based on literature method
Objective:To investigate the medication rules of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in the treatment of threatened miscarriage,and to provide experience for the use of blood stasis removal drugs in clinical fetal protection therapy.Methods:Using the keywords of"threatened miscarriage","fetal leakage","fetal restlessness"and"pregnancy abdominal pain",the journal literature related to threatened abortion included in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database from January 2018 to December 2022 was collected,and Microsoft Excel 2019 software,TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5),IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 and other software were used for the statistics of drug frequency,classification of traditional Chinese medicines,four Qi(气),five flavors and attribution of the prescriptions covered by the inclusion criteria were carried out,as well as association rules,core Chinese medicines,new formulas and cluster analyses.Results:Among the 68 prescriptions that met the criteria,the frequency of deficiency tonic drugs was the highest,followed by blood stasis removal drugs and hemostatic drugs.Danggui(Angelica sinensis),Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza),Sanqi(Pseudo-ginseng),and Chuanxiong(Ligusticum wallichii)were high-frequency medicines,which had the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the main medicinal flavors were warm and sweet,and the liver channel and spleen channel were the majority.Among the commonly used drug patterns,8 patterns contained drugs that had the effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The correlation results showed that Puhuang(Cattail pollen)was closely associated with Roucongrong(Cistanche deserticola),Chuanxiong,Gegen(Pueraria lobata),Wulingzhi(Trogopterus Dung),Chuanxiong was closely associated with Xuduan(Teasel root),Taizishen(Radix pseudostellariae),Diyu(Sanguisorba officinalis),Danshen was closely associated with Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae),and 9 new prescription combinations have been obtained.Cluster analysis outcomes can be divided into 5 categories.Conclusion:Among the prescriptions for the treatment of blood stasis threatened abortion,the main drugs are tonics,followed by blood circulation and blood stasis drugs and hemostatic drugs,and the medicinal materials with the effect of blood stasis removal are Danggui,Danshen,Sanqi and Chuanxiong,etc.,which are mostly warm and sweet products.The above research results establish confidence in the use of traditional Chinese medicine with the effect of blood stasis removal in the process of fetal protection,and provide a certain reference value for clinical medication during pregnancy.
