A study on the mechanism of the Sangxing Suqin decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma based on network pharmacology
Objective:To explore the mechanism of the Sangxing Suqin decoction(桑杏苏芩汤)in the treatment of cough variant asthma by network pharmacology.Methods:Active components of the Sangxing Suqin decoction were selected by TCMSP database;active component targets were predicted by Uniprot database;cough variant asthma related targets were obtained by GeneCards database and OMIM database.STRING database and Cytoscape software were used to construct target interaction network.DAVID database and bioinformatics platform were applied for an enrichment analysis.Results:A total of 216 compounds and 270 targets were obtained,and a total of 1 919 asthma related targets were obtained.Disease targets and drug targets were mapped to 166 targets of the Sangxing Suqin decoction on cough-variant asthma.Key proteins such as AKT1,IL-6,TNF,TP53,VEGFA,IL-1B,CASP3 and MMP9 were identified by PPI network topology analysis.Pathway enrichment analysis involved PI3K-Akt and IL-17 pathway with high degree of equal enrichment.Conclusion:The Sangxing Suqin decoction may play a role in the treatment of CVA through multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway,providing a new idea for the mechanism of the Sangxing Suqin decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma.
