The medication rules of TCM compound prescriptions in the treatment of bronchiectasis based on the theory of preventive treatment of disease
Objective:To analyze the medication rules of TCM compound prescriptions in the treatment of bronchiectasis based on the theory of preventive treatment of disease in the national patent database,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Through the public patent announcement of the State Intellectual Property Office,the national TCM compound prescription patents for treating bronchiectasis from the establishment of the database to March 1,2023 were retrieved and sorted out.After the drug screening of TCM compound prescriptions,it was imported into Microsoft Excel 2021 to establish a database.After standardizing the data of TCM compound prescriptions,the used frequency,efficacy,four properties and five flavors,and channel tropism were analyzed.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software were used for association rules and cluster analysis.At the same time,Cytoscape 3.8.0 was used to visualize the core Chinese medicinal materials to explore the core drugs and potential prescription rules.Results:A total of 96 TCM compound prescriptions were screened,involving 342 Chinese medicinal materials,with a frequency of 1 402 times.Chinese medicinal materials with higher frequency were Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Sangbaipi(Cortex Mori),Dihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Kuxingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum).The proportion of Chinese medicinal materials with frequency greater than or equal to 10 times was 51.28％of the total frequency.The meridians were mainly lung,liver and stomach meridians,the four flavors were mainly sweet,bitter,cold and mild.The drug association analysis showed that there were 3 groups of mated drug combinations and 15 groups of triangular drug combinations.Cluster analysis identified 8 groups of potential prescriptions.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the theory of preventive treatment of disease in TCM,Chinese medicinal materials and their combination for clearing heat to resolve phlegm,stopping bleeding,tonifying body and removing blood stasis are undoubtedly the first choice to treat bronchiectasis,providing support for the development of new drugs in the future.
