Analysis of acupoint drug-finger pressing therapy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease of stagnation of heat in liver and stomach type
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common digestive disease with acid reflux and heartburn as the main clinical manifestations,among which the type of stagnation of heat in liver and stomach is more common.Acupoint drug-finger pressing therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.It is a TCM characteristic therapy that combines drugs and fingering methods at the acupoints on the patient's body surface.Based on the theory of meridians,finger pressing can promote the normal function of the body by applying different techniques such as points,presses,taps,knocks and beats at the acupoints on the patient's body surface and specific stimulation lines,and it is a therapy to treat and prevent disease.It has the effects of dredging meridians,reconciling Yin and Yang,and strengthening body resistance and expelling evil pathogens.Through literature review,it is found that the pathogenesis of GERD of stagnation of heat in liver and stomach type is the deficiency of spleen and stomach,which will lead to internal stagnation of water and dampness,and chronic depression will turn heat into this disease.In this paper,a case of Professor YAN Guangjun's treatment of GERD of stagnation of heat in liver and stomach type is collected by referring to relevant literature and clinical data to provide references for the clinical study of gastroesophageal reflux disease.In addition,this paper explores the theory and clinical operation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of GERD with acupoint drug-finger pressing therapy,aiming to deeply analyze the theoretical basis and mechanism of action of acupoint drug-finger pressing therapy in the treatment of GERD,and provide ideas for the clinical application of acupoint drug-finger pressing therapy in the treatment of GERD.
