Research progress on influencing factors and intervention measures of childhood obesity
At present, with the development of society, people's living standards have been greatly improved, and the incidence of childhood obesity is also increasing, and it has become a common public health problem in developed and developing countries.Obesity is not only a disease, but also a risk factor for many other diseases. It is closely related to hypertension,diabetes,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, dyslipidemia and other diseases, and has a great impact on children's physical and mental health. In addition, the cause of child-hood obesity is not a single factor, but the result of the interaction of many aspects. Therefore,in order to ensure the physical and mental health of children,it is very important to systematically identify the risk factors leading to childhood obesity.Appropriate interventions can be taken to clarify the influencing factors.Appropriate interventions are essential to control childhood obesity and reduce the incidence of obesity. From the perspective of exploring the influencing factors and intervention measures of childhood obesity, this paper points out that the influencing factors of childhood obesity mainly include nutritional status during pregnancy, feeding patterns, eating habits, too little exercise, lack of sleep, genetic inheritance, environmental impact, emotional and psychological disorders, and other metabolic diseases through exploring relevant domestic and foreign literatures.Intervention measures mainly focus on life behavior intervention, environmental intervention, psychological intervention and medical intervention. However, there are still some problems in the current intervention measures, such as children's psychological resistance is large, intervention measures are difficult to carry out systematically, and they are difficult to maintain for a long time;lack of follow-up,and few effective observable cases, etc. It is necessary to further explore more effective and implementable intervention measures.
