Clinical observation of Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo Tongluo decoction in treating 3-5 stage chronic kidney disease
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo Tongluo decoction(健脾益肾泄浊通络方)on chronic kidney disease(CKD)3-5 stage patients with spleen-kidney deficiency and internal obstruction of turbidity and blood stasis.Methods:Sixty patients with stage chronic kidney disease(CKD)3-5 stage admitted to the Nephrology Department of Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Niaoduqing granules(尿毒清颗粒),and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo Tongluo decoction.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of the total efficacy of the disease,the total score of TCM syn-dromes,Serum Creatinine(Scr),Blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN)and Glomerular Filtration Rate(GFR),Serum Albumin(ALB),Hemoglobin(Hb),Total Cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG)of two groups were observed.Results:There were statistical differences between the two groups in total curative effect,total score of TCM syndrome,Scr,BUN,eGFR,ALB,Hb and TC after treatment(P<0.05).TG was improved after treatment,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo Tongluo decoction integrates tonifying the deficiency and damage of Zang-fu organs,relieving the turbidities of the body,and removing the blood stasis of meridians and collaterals,it balances deficiency and excess by complementing each other,helps to regulate Qi,eliminate evil and excess,and ensure the harmony of Qi and blood,as well as the smoothness of collaterals,which fully embodies the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Through this clinical observation,the effectiveness of Jianpi Yishen Xiezhuo Tongluo decoction on CKD 3-5 stage is initially confirmed.This prescription can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,reduce urinary protein,correct hypoproteinemia,improve renal anemia,reg-ulate lipid metabolism,help to excrete creatinine and urea nitrogen,improve renal microcirculation,reduce renal fibrosis,thereby improving renal function,alleviate the progress of chronic kidney disease,and provide a new method and idea for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
