Objective:Based on data mining technology to explore the acupoint selection and medication rules of acupoint application therapy in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:The medical records of the treatment of advanced lung cancer by acupoint application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with other therapies from the establishment of the database to August 10,2023 were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journals.The literature data were entered into Excel 2016 and imported into the Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform(v2.2.3).Methods such as frequency analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis of traditional Chinese medicine were used to summarize the acupoint selection and medication rules of modem traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer.Results:A total of 114 articles were included,with a total of 149 traditional Chinese medicines and a total frequency of 661 doses.There were a total of 54 acupoints,with a total frequency of 428 doses.The top two frequencies of tongue texture were light and red,and the common tongue coating was white and greasy.Pulse patterns were mostly weak and thready.The top two frequencies of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were stomach disharmony,and lung Qi(气)ascending counterflow.The efficacy of the selected traditional Chinese medicine was mainly to reduce adverse reaction,stop vomiting,dispel wind and relieve pain.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the disease was in the lungs and stomach,and the disease was characterized by Qi counterflow and phlegm.The top three high-frequency single drugs of traditional Chinese medicine were Xixin(Radix et Rhizoma Asari),Wuzhuuyu(Fructus Evodiae)and Baijiezi(Semen Brassicae).The four Qi were mainly composed of warmth and coolness,while the five flavors were primarily composed of bitterness and pungency.Medicines were mostly attributed to the spleen and lung meridians.The top three acupoint frequencies from high to low were Feishu point(BL13),Zusanli point(ST36),and Shenque point(RN8).Complex network analysis showed that the commonly used acupoint is Feishu point.The core traditional Chinese medicine is Wuzhuyu.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine uses acupoint application therapy to treat lung cancer,with warming Yang(阳)and consolidating the foundation,eliminating symptoms and dispersing nodules as the main treatment.
