A study on the medication rules of Professor CHANG Yalin in the treatment of lung tumor based on data mining technology
Objective:Using data mining techniques,this study analyzes and studies the prescriptions of Chief Physician CHANG Yalin in outpatient treatment of lung cancer patients,explores and summarizes the medication rules for treating lung tumors,and provides reference and dialectical medication ideas for clinical treatment of lung tumors.Methods:The prescriptions of Professor CHANG Yalin for the treatment of lung tumor patients in the outpatient department of Jiuquan traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2022 were collected,and the data table was established after summarizing and sorting.Excel 2019 was used for statistical analysis of drug frequency and nature,taste and meridian.SPSS modeler 18.0 software aprior algorithm was used for association rule analysis of drugs,and SPSS statistics was used for cluster analysis.Results:A total of 183 prescriptions were included,covering 133 types of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of use of 3 988 times.Among them,Shanzhuyu(Cornus officinalis),Fupian(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata),Ganjiang(dried ginger),Zhigancao(roasted licorice),Fulin(Poria cocos),etc.were commonly used drugs for treating lung tumors.The top three types of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine were tonifying deficiency medicine,warming internal medicine,and promoting blood circulation and removing stasis medicine.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,mild,slightly warm and slightly cold.The medicinal taste was characterized by sweetness,spiciness,and bitterness.The main meridians for medication were the spleen,liver,and lung meridians.The analysis of association rules identified the main associated drug groups consisting of Fupian,Zhigancao,Ganjiang,Shangzhuyu,Fuling,Gancao,Dazao(Fructus Jujubae).Cluster analysis was performed using 5 distances for classification and segmentation,resulting in 3 sets of core basic formulas for treating lung tumors.Conclusion:Professor CHANG Yalin treatment of lung tumors starts with the spleen and lungs,taking into account the liver,hear and kidneys.Professor CHANG adhered to the principle of five internal organs harmonizing,treating phlegm and blood stasis simultaneously,and following the treatment principle of strengthening health and tonifying deficiency,warming Yang(阳)and resolving phlegm.In terms of prescription and medication,he mainly uses drugs for warming Yang and tonifying deficiency,drugs for replenishing Qi(气)and resolving phlegm,and drugs for reducing adverse reaction,stopping emesis and relieving cough.His treatment methods and medication are more distinctive,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
