Research on the medication rules of liver disease prescription in Sisheng Xinyuan based on attribute partial order structure
Background:Sisheng Xinyuan(《四圣心源》)was written by HUANG Yulu,the imperial doctor of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty.This book collects the essence of Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),Nanjing(《难经》),Shanghanlun(《伤寒论》)and Jingui Yaolue(《金匮要略》),and is a classic medical book combining theory with practice.The prescriptions in Sisheng Xinyuan that are used to treat liver disease were summarized.Research method of attribute partial order for analysis was applied.It is to explore HUANG Yulu treatment of liver disease thought and drug law.This is helpful to guide the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and inherit the academic experience and thought of TCM.Objective:To investigate the medication rules for treating liver disease in Sisheng Xinyuan.Methods:According to the partial order principle of attributes,we screened the prescriptions of Sisheng Xinyuan for the treatment of liver diseases.We divided the traditional Chinese medicine of each prescription into different attribute categories,and then established the attribute partial order relationship and drew the attribute partial order diagram.Results:We screened 12 prescriptions from Sisheng Xinyuan,all of which were related to liver disease.A total of 28 traditional Chinese medicines were included in the prescriptions.According to the analysis,Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi)and Fuling(Poria)were commonly used in the prescription for treating liver in Sisheng Xinyuan.Cold and warm medicine were often used.The medicine tastes always were bitter,pungent and sweet.Conclusion:HUANG Yulu believes that all diseases are born because of the lack of Zhongqi(中气),soil dampness from the center,soil dampness and wood depression is the core pathogenesis of liver disease.So Guizhi and Fuling are applied nin clinic.Guizhi treated the foot syncope Yin(阴)liver meridian.The nature of the plant echoes that of the liver,with regulating the wood Qi.Fuling can strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,water leaves and soil dry,in order to treat the image of soil dampness and wood depression.The treatment of liver disease needs to pay attention to the relationship between the liver and spleen,to"cultivate the soil and soothe the liver".The treatment can cultivate the spleen and stomach Qi,transport water and dampness,and at the same time soothe the liver and relieve depression,so that the liver Qi is reached.Guizhi and Fuling treat by recuperating the Zhongqi,pay attention to middle-Jiao(中焦),and get a good effect accompanied by Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)and Renshen(Radix Ginseng).
