目的:基于文献计量法分析人参皂苷领域国内外文献数据,梳理该领域的研究现状及热点.方法:检索中国知网和Web of Science核心数据库中人参皂苷相关文献数据;使用VOSviewer和Citespace软件进行发文量、发文期刊、国家、机构和关键词分析;绘制知识图谱.结果:共纳入中文文献2 907篇,英文文献4 022篇.国内发文量呈现从快速增长到逐步平稳的趋势,国外发文量则呈现持续增长的趋势.我国是人参皂苷发文量最多的国家,国内主要研究机构有吉林农业大学、吉林大学和长春中医药大学等,国外主要研究机构有韩国庆熙大学、首尔大学和建国大学等.国内外共同关注的高频关键词包括人参皂苷、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参和细胞凋亡.结论:国内外人参皂苷研究处于比较繁荣的阶段.人参皂苷的研究热点主要包括含量测定、Rg1和Rb1的药理作用、对细胞凋亡的影响和生物转化等方面.
A visualization analysis of domestic and foreign research literature about ginsenosides based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace
Objective:To analysis the literature data on ginsenoside at home and abroad based on bibliometric,and to summarize the research status and hotspots in this field.Methods:Literature data related to ginsenosides was retrieved from the core databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science.VOSviewer and Citespace softwwere used for analyzing publication volume,journals,countries,institutions and keywords.The knowledge graph was drawn.Results:This study included a total of 2 907 Chinese literature and 4 022 English literature.The domestic publication volume was showing a rapid growth trend to gradually stabilize,while the foreign publication volume was showing a sustained growth trend.The main research institutions in China included Jilin Agricultural University,Jilin University,and Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,while the main research institutions abroad included KyungHee University,Seoul National University and Konkuk University in South Korea.The high-frequency keywords of common concern both home and abroad included ginsenoside,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1,panax-ginseng,and apoptosis.Conclusion:The research on ginsenosides at home and abroad is in a prosperous stage.The research hotspots of ginsenosides mainly include content determination,pharmacological effects of Rg1 and Rb1,effects on cell apoptosis and biological transformation.
