A visualization analysis of treating post-stroke dysphagia by acupuncture in past 20 years based on CiteSpace
Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the research process,hot spots and trends of treating post stroke dysphagia(PSD)by acupuncture based on Knowledge Graph technology.Methods:In this study,CiteSpace 6.1.R2 and Note Express 3.7 software were used to sort out the data of treating PSD by acupuncture and moxibustion in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP(2003-2023),draw the knowledge graph,and conduct visual analysis.Results:A total of 1 025 literatures were included.The number of published papers was on the rise as a whole.Nine major research institutions and 42 core authors were obtained from the analysis.According to the statistics of the top 20 literature keywords in the overall frequency,13 literature keyword clusters were obtained.A total of 5 common"acupuncture therapy-acupoints"keyword clusters were included,and 26 acupoints with a frequency higher than 50 times were used to draw the time axis visual graph and highlight graph of keywords in the field of treatment of PSD by acupuncture and moxibustion.The treatment in the literature were summarized,and the co-occurrence graph and highlight graph of treatment keywords were drawn.Conclusion:The research on the clinical efficacy of treating PSD by acupuncture and moxibustion has developed rapidly,which reflects the outstanding curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.However,large-scale and trans-regional research network has not yet been formed.There are few studies on the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of PSD,and the discussion of the mechanism of action has become an emerging research trend.
