Discussion on differentiation and treatment ideas of knee osteoarthritis based on the theory of combination of state and target
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common orthopedic disease,which is more common in middle-aged and elderly people,and its main manifestations are local pain and limited movement of the knee joint.In recent years,with the development of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine theories,non-surgical treatment for early and mid-stage KOA can effectively relieve the pain of patients and delay the process of cartilage wear and degeneration.The clinical discrimination and treatment mode of"state differentiation and target treatment"proposed by Academician TONG Xiaolin is a new diagnosis and treatment idea.Its core theme is to combine the traditional tonation concept of traditional Chinese medicine with microscopic targets,focusing on state and target.Based on the theory of combination of state and target,this paper summarizes the three pathogenesis characteristics of KOA,namely deficiency,blood stasis,and toxicity,as the'state'of KOA.Pain,joint stiffness and mobility restriction shown by patients are the targets,and the degeneration of articular cartilage becomes the target of KOA.Modulating and targeting on this basis is an effective diagnosis and treatment method on KOA.This paper analyzes and summarizes the state-target combination mode of KOA,puts forward the staging and typing treatment of KOA,and lists the medication references for the target of KOA,in order to expand the ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of KOA.
