The medication rule of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of Chalong disease(essential hypertension)based on data mining
Objective:To conduct data mining on the content of"Chalong disease"in ancient books,so as to search for treatment formulas,summarize their medication pattems,and explore their commonalities,in order to provide methods and data references for the treatment of the disease and new drug research and development.Methods:The prescriptions for treating"Chalong disease"in ancient literature was selected to establish a database using Excel for association rule analysis by apriori modeling.SPSS Statistics 25.0,SPSS modeler client for data mining analysis were performed to search for potential pattems between drugs.Results:According to the data mining analysis,28 kinds of commonly used Tibetan medicines were obtained,including Chuan Muxiang(Radix Vladimiriae),Rou Doukou(Semen Myristicae)and Chenxiang(Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum).Its six flavors were mostly sweet,bitter and pungency;Sanhua tastes were mainly sweet-transform taste and bitter pransform taste.According to the classification of efficacy,Chinese medicines used were mainly the cooling blood to lower blood pressure medicine,the promoting Qi to relieve pain medicine,and the promoting Qi to calm nerves medicine.The span of doses and the amount of medicines used were large.At the same time,11 core drug pairs were obtained,such as Chuan Muxiang-Chenxiang-Hezi(Fructus Chebulae),Chuan Muxiang-Guangzao(Fructus Choerospondiatis)-Hezi,Chuan Muxiang-Hezi-Rou Doukou,Rou Doukou-Chenxiang-Guangzao.Cluster analysis obtained 6 categories.Conclusion:Through data mining of prescriptions in ancient books,the characteristics of drug pairs and compatibility in treating Chalong disease in ancient books are objectively analyzed,so as to provide new theoretical basis and ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.
