Exploration on the syndrome differentiation and treatment rules of Professor ZHANG Mingxue in treating post PCI angina pectoris based on data mining
Objective:To explore the syndrome differentiation and treatment rules of Professor ZHANG Mingxue in treating angina pectoris after PCI.Methods:This study selected patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI at Professor ZHANG Mingxue's clinic of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for this study.Medical records that met the requirements were recorded.A total of 127 prescriptions for recurrent angina pectoris after PCI from July 1,2020 to December 1,2022 were collected.A database based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system was established to analyze the frequency of drugs,as well as the four Qi(气),five flavors,and tropism meridians.Based on the prescription formation rules of association rules,frequent drug combinations was extracted,and the medication rules of drug pairs were analyzed.Based on the improved mutual information method and entropy clustering,the correlation degree between traditional Chinese medicine was obtained,the core combination of drugs was evolved through complex system entropy clustering.Then,through unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,the core prescription was btained.Results:A total of 127 prescriptions were included,involving 135 traditional Chinese medicines,with the most medicines with warm property,and bitter,sweet,and spicy flavors being the main medicinal tastes.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicines included tonifying medicine,promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis medicine,resolving phlegm medicine,clearing liver and purging fire medicine,elevating extract medicine,calming nerves medicine,spleen strengthening and dampness promoting medicine,etc.Four new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Professor ZHANG Mingxue's core prescription for treating angina pectoris after PCI is composed of the Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction(参芪瓜半夏汤)plus the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤),including Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Xiebai(Bulbus Allii Macrostemonis),Xiyangshen(Radix Quinquefolii),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Gualou(Fructus Trichosanthis),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Taoren(Semen Persicae),Honghua(Flos Carthami),and Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri).The main treatment method is to replenish Qi(气)and dissipate phlegm,dispel blood stasis and unblock collaterals,supplemented by the methods of ascending Yang(阳)and lifting depression,stabilizing the mind,strengthening the spleen and promoting water circulation,and clearing the liver and purging fire.
