Professor ZHAO Qingchun's experience in treating unstable angina pectoris based on ZHANG Ji's academic thoughts
Professor ZHAO Qingchun is one of the Sixth Batch of Veteran Traditional Chinese Medicine Experts in China,and has rich experience in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Professor ZHAO Qingchun studied ZHANG Ji's theory of"Yangwei Yinxian"(阳微阴弦)and the idea of"protecting stomach Qi(气)",and the theory of"stomach collaterals connecting the heart"in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》).For the first time,the professor proposed that the"wiry pulse"was located under the"heart",and the treatment prescription for the root cause was"the Renshen decoction"(人参汤).The professor also pointed out that the deficient root of"phlegm and blood stasis"ran through the occurrence and development of unstable angina pectoris,established a method of treating unstable angina pectoris based on"warming the heart and spleen Yangqi(阳气),removing obstruction,resolving phlegm,and removing blood stasis",and created the Tongbi Huazhuo decoction(通痹化浊汤).The Renshen decoction and the Guizhi Gancao decoction(桂枝甘草汤)can warm and improve the heart-spleen Yangqi.The Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤),Danggui Shaoyao San(当归芍药散)can remove phlegm and blood stasis.This method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular diseases,and obtain good curative effects.This article introduces Professor ZHAO's experience in treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with one case,in order to provide more clinical reference.
