Correlation between acute cerebral infarction and plasma leptin,IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α and omentin
Objective:To observe the correlation between acute cerebral infarction and plasma leptin,IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α and omentin. Methods:A total of 50 middle-aged and elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the experimental group.Among them,25 patients with intima thickening were selected as group B,25 patients with atheromatous plaque formation were selected as group C,and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group(group A).Blood glucose, blood lipid, serum uric acid, serum leptin, serum omentinin,IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α were detected in the three groups, and the detec-tion results between groups and within group were compared. Results:Blood glucose, blood lipid, serum uric acid, serum leptin,IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP,and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, seruim retinin was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose, blood lipid, serum uric acid, serum leptin,IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α in group C were lower than those in group B,and the serum retinin in group C was higher than that in group B,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The contents of blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid,leptin,IL-1,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α are positively correlated with the severity of acute cerebral infarction in middle-aged and elderly patients.Serum retinin is negatively correlated with the severity of acute cerebral infarction in middle-aged and elderly patients. The diagnostic effect of this method is significant, and its safety is good.
