A visual analysis of knowledge map of TCM treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in recent 50 years
Objective:To understand the research status and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,and to provide reference for related research.Methods:Research literature on the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in traditional Chinese medicine in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data)and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)from the establishment of database to May 31,2023 was retrieved.NoteExpress 3.8.0 was used for literature management and selection,Origin 2021 was used to analyze the publication trend,VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 were used to analyze the authors,source journals,research institutions and key words of the included literature,and relevant knowledge maps were mapped.Results:A total of 1 372 papers were included after screening,and the number of published papers showed an overall increasing trend.It involved 2 791 authors and formed a research team with LIU Ming,HOU Yufen and CHEN Bainan as the core.The main research institutions were Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospital,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,etc.,but there was a lack of cooperation among these institutions.The high-frequency key words included deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,integrated medicine treatment,clinical efficacy,etc..The research hotspots were traditional Chinese medicine treatment,clinical efficacy observation and evaluation,anticoagulant thrombolytic therapy,medical records,etc..Conclusion:Although the number of publications on TCM treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity has fluctuated in recent years,it is on the rise in general.Blood stasis type is the hot syndrome type;promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,and clearing up channels are the hot treatment methods;the Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)is the hot prescription;Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae)is the hot traditional Chinese medicine;the Shuxuetong injection(疏血通注射液)is the hot traditional Chinese medicine injection;TCM external treatment,clinical observation and postoperative prevention and care are the main countermeasures.
