In the process of malignant tumor treatment,the incidence of complications and adverse reactions is high,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can shorten the course of disease and relieve symptoms."Dispersing fire in the treatment of fire stagnation",which is initially recorded in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),is the basic principle for the treatment of fire stagnation syndrome.It is believed that fire stagnation should be dispersed,released and guided according to the situation.Based on this theory,Shengjiang San(升降散)is the basic prescription for the treatment of fire stagnation,which can be used to disperse the fire stagnation.At the same time,Yangqi(阳气)ascends and Yinqi(阴气)descends,Qi is smooth,and the fire is released.Shengjiang San can be used in treating malignant tumor complications and adverse reactions.This article elaborates the pathogenesis of tumor complications and adverse reactions,and TCM mechanism and thinking,which provides ideas for syndrome differentiation and treatment from the perspective of fire stagnation,and provides theoretical support for the clinical application.
