摘要

食疗是中医传统特色之一,《黄帝内经》中已经提倡食疗.机体内气机运行规律是中医理论体系的核心.《素问·经脉别论篇》对气机的运行过程进行了概述.气机运行以水谷精微化气过程为核心,并成为脏腑表里划分的依据.在文献梳理和临床实践总结后对化血通路进行了概括性表述.在化血通路中,水谷精微是化血通路的物质基础和初始底物,肾精在化血通路中起着主导作用,完成生理功能的血最终复归阳明,进入化气通路.中医发展过程中出现大量食疗著作,维持化气、化血通路的通畅是中医食疗的基本原则,微汗法是食疗的首选方法.生姜、葱白等发汗类食材作用于人体化气过程的终末端,可推动代谢终产物排泄,畅通人体化气通路,避免气血瘀滞,从而达到防病治病的目的;温里化湿食材则从化气起始端调控气机运行.在防控病毒性传染病方面,中医可以形成自身抗病毒基础理论:开放和强化化气通路,迫使病毒进入化气通路而被杀灭;和病毒竞争化血通路,减少病毒进入化血通路后进行复制和传播.同时,中医食疗能够将传染病预防关口前移,实现对病毒性传染病防控的日常化、生活化和普遍化,达到低成本控制病毒性传染病流行的目的.

Abstract

Diet therapy is one of the traditional features of traditional Chinese medicine,and has been advocated in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》).The law of Qi(气)movement in the body is the core of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.The process of Qi circulation is summarized in the Chapter on Jingmai Bielun of Suwen(《素问·经脉别论篇》).The operation of Qi circulation is based on the core of process of water and grain refinement of Qi,and it has become the basis for the exterior-interior division of Zang-fu organs(脏腑).After reviewing the literature and summarizing the clinical practice,the paper gives a general description of the blood generating pathway.In the blood generating pathway,the essence of water and grain is the material basis and initial substrate of the blood generating pathway,the kidney essence plays a leading role in the blood generating pathway,and the blood that completes the physiological function eventually returns to Yangming(阳明)meridian and enters the Qi generating pathway.In the course of the development of traditional Chinese medicine,a large number of diet therapy works have appeared and been edited.The basic principle of traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy is to maintain the unobstructed Qi generating and blood generating pathway,and slight sweating method is the first choice.Sweating ingredients,such as ginger and fistular onion stalk,act on the end of the process of Qi generating of human body,promote the excretion of metabolic end products,smoothe Qi generating pathway,and avoid Qi and blood stasis,achieving the purpose of disease prevention and treatment Ingredients with the functions of interior-warming and dissipating dampness can regulate Qi circulation from the initial step of Qi generating pathway.In the prevention and control of viral infectious diseases,TCM can form its own antiviral basic theory:opening and strengthening Qi generating pathway,forcing the virus to enter Qi generating pathway and killing it It competes with the virus in the blood generating pathway to reduce the replication and spread of the virus after entering the blood generating pathway.At the same time,traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy can move forward the prevention of infectious diseases,realize the routinized,daily and general prevention and control of viral infectious diseases in daily life,and achieve the purpose of controlling the epidemic of viral infectious diseases at the lowest expenditure.
