A study on acupoint selection rules of massage treatment of cervical spondylosis based on literature data mining of 30 years
Objective:This study aims to explore the acupoint selection rules of massage therapy for cervical spondylosis, providing reference and theoretical guidance for clinical practice. Methods:The literature of massage treatment of cervical spondylosis in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and biomedical databases in recent 30 years was retrieved.Effective literatures were screened out and a data base was established. The data were analyzed by frequency, association rules and clustering, and a visual network graph was constructed. Results:A total of 223 effective literatures were included in this study, including 57 acupoints, and the total frequency of acupoint use was 1 262 times.Fengchi point(GB20)was the most frequently used acupoint, followed by Jianjing point(GB21).Fengchi point and Jianjing point were also the most frequently used acupoint combinations. The overall acupoint selection rule was mainly on the head, face, neck and shoulders, supplemented by acupoints on the limbs. There were many crossing points and extra points. The commonly used meridians were the foot lesser Yang(阳)gallbladder meridian, the hand greater Yang small intestine meridian, the governor vessel and the hand Yang brightness large intestine meridian. The meridian with the largest number of acupoints was the foot greater Yang bladder meridian. Conclusion:Massage therapy for cervical spondylosis adopts the principle of acupoint selection with distance matching. The method is based on proximal acupoints, with priority given to Yang meridians and specific acupoints.
