Invigorating the spleen and benefiting the lungsJianpi Lifei combinationed prescription in treating and reversing a case of reversing bronchiectasisbranch enlargement
Bronchiectasis is a common chronic respiratory disease characterized by chronic cough,purulent sputum production,and recurrent hemoptysis.It often leads to repeated infections and a protracted course.Bronchitysis is one of the common com-plications of bronchitysis due to the abnormal dilation of the diseased bronchus and the distortion and deformation of the trachea along with the blood vessels.For patients with repeated hemoptysis,if the lesion is localized or acute and there is massive hemoptysis,the hemostasis effect can be achieved through surgical interventional treatment.In terms of pathology,bronchitysis is considered to be perma-nent abnormal dilation,which cannot be repaired.This article mainly retrospects a case of repeated hemoptysis through review and anal-ysis,who experienced recurrent hemoptysis for more than 3 years,through review and analysis,the case had been diagnosed and treated,but hemoptysis is still repeated.Director ZHANG Zhiwei,who is in charge of Shenzhen Center of Men's Complex Disease School,takes invigorating the the spleen and benefiting the the lungs as the core,and applies the combined prescription group of modified Wuwei Yigong powder(五味异功散)and Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction(大黄黄连泻心汤)of traditional Chinese medicine.Wuwei Yigong powder to strengthens the spleen and lungs,while Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction functions to clear the lung heat,remove blood stasis and stop bleeding,and facilitate the large intestine fu-organ to benefit the lung.The combined application of these two prescriptions targets at the complex pathological mechanism of bronchiectasis.During the treatment,the patient"s hemoptysis gradually decreased and eventually stopped,while the stool gradually returned to be normal,and the lesions of bronchiectasis were significantly reduced.It not only relieved the hemoptysis symptoms of patients,but also promoted the bronchial reversal repair.This case study demonstrates that the combination therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of branchial dilatation,hemostasis and promoting rehabilitation.Combined prescription therapy can not only solve the main contradictionsymptoms of the disease,but also take into account the secondary symptoms contradiction and improve the therapeutic effect.At the same time,the combined prescription group has the potential to reverse bronchiec-tasis,which can provide a new idea for the treatment of bronchiectasis.
