Clinical application of"state-target and cause-effect"syndrome differentiation in chronic gastritis with stagnation heat of liver and stomach
Chronic gastritis is a chronic stomach disease with the highest incidence in all patients with stomach diseases.Its main manifestations include distending pain in the middle and upper abdomen,heartburn,and loss of appetite,indigestion,pantothenic acid,hiccups,nausea,vomiting and so on.The course of the disease is long,and if it is not treated or mistreated,different degrees of progress will occur.In recent years,the application of TCM syndrome differentiation in chronic gastritis is gradually mature and effec-tive."State-target and cause-effect"innovates endocrine diagnosis and treatment,and it is a new way of traditional Chinese medicine treat-ment,which combines the use of modern medical technology diagnosis and accurate grasp of the whole process of disease development to determine the principle,formula and medicine and achieve an all-round grasp of the disease."State-target and cause-effect"is a major innovation of TCM diagnosis and treatment,which provides a new perspective of modern TCM to understand and diagnose diseases.This theory has been applied to the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of diseases in the internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,but as a new mode of thinking,the recognition degree of the public is relatively limited,and the application field is relatively few.Therefore,to promote its application and realize the accurate treatment of diseases is an important task at present.This paper discusses the application of"state-target and cause-effect"syndrome differentiation in chronic gastritis of stagnation heat of liver and stomach,that is,traditional Chi-nese medical theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment classifies chronic gastritis of stagnation heat of liver and stomach as depres-sive state and heat state,and then determines its"symptom target"and"objective target"combined with the physical and chemical indexes of modern medicine.According to the"state","symptom target"and"objective target"of chronic gastritis,the target prescription and tar-get drug are selected,and then the research of modem Chinese medicine and pharmacology is used for reference,and the prescription and drug selection are combined with the quantitative target,so as to combine"disease"and"syndrome".
