Professor CAI Gan's medication law in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform
Objective:To explore the characteristics of Professor CAI Gan's prescriptions for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis byusing Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)software.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2017,103 patients diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia in the outpatient clinic of Shuguang Hospital,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled and recorded into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)software,and the rule analysis,entropy cluster analysis and other data mining methods of the software were used to analyze the rules and characteristics of medication,clas-sification and induction,and prescription characteristics.Results:The statistics of 103 prescriptions showed that the drug properties were mainly warm,cold,bitter and plicative,and the main channels were spleen,stomach and liver channels.The syndrome type analysis showed that the disharmony of liver and stomach,dampness and heat,weakness of spleen and stomach were the most common,114 kinds of drugs appeared more than 20 times,and 3 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis accompanied by intestinal metaplasia,Professor CAI Gan's medica-tion law is based on"dispersing stagnation and purging heat with bitter and pungent medicinals",and"supplementing Qi and invigorating spleen,promot-ing blood circulation and removing blood stasis"runs throughout the treatment,and at the same time,it is combined with"supplementing cold medicine to protect stomach Yin(阴)and encouraging clear yang with wind medicine.
