The medication rules in Jingyue Quanshu·Waike Qian Gu Fang based on data mining
Objective:Based on data mining,the medication rules and academic ideas in Jingyue Quanshu·Waike Qian Gu Fang(《景岳全书·外科钤古方》)were explored to provide medication ideas for clinical practice.Methods:Medical records and prescriptions related to surgery diseases in Jingyue Quanshu(《景岳全书》)were manually searched out,and Excel 2010,IBM® SPSS Statistics and IBM SPSS Modeler were used to analyze the used frequency,medicinal properties,medicinal tastes,and meridian distribution of surgical prescriptions in relevant medical records,and the clustering analysis and association rule analysis were performed.Results:Jingyue Quanshu·Waike Qian Gu Fang mainly covers ulcers,carbuncles,and related orthopedic diseases.This study ultimately included 314 prescriptions,with 389 Chinese medicines and a cumulative used frequency of 2 210 times.Among them,there were 55 Chinese medicines used more than 10 times,accounting for 60.82％of the total used frequency,mainly including Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),liquor,Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Renshen(Radix Ginseng),etc..The medicinal property was mainly cold(121 times);the medicinal flavor was mainly bitter(161 times);the meridian distribution was mainly the liver meridian(161 times).The cluster analysis gained 19 medicine combinations such as C1:Danggui,Gancao;C2:Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens),Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Renshen,Baizhu(Atractylode),Fuling(Poria);C3:Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae),Baizhi(Radix Angelicae Dahuricae).In the cluster analysis,the top three medicine combinations were Danggui → Huangqi,Renshen → Fuling,Gancao → Lianqiao(Forsythia suspensa).The core medicine combinations in medicine association rule analysis included Renshen → Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)and Baizhu,Baizhu →Chenpi and Renshen,Renshen → Baizhu and Huangqi.Conclusion:Jingyue Quanshu·Waike Qian Gu Fang attaches great importance to pulse diagnosis,emphasizes the treatment method of promoting blood circulation and detoxification,and does not ignore the methods of relieving external symptoms,promoting Qi(气)circulation,nourishing Yin(阴),and drying dampness.It reflects ZHANG Jiebin's academic ideas on the treatment of surgical diseases,and provides reference for modern clinical treatment of surgical diseases.
