Clinical effects of the Yifei Liujunzi decoction on corona virus disease 2019 post-infected syndrome
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yifei Liujunzi decoction(益肺六君子汤)prepared by Chief Physician HUANG Yiqi in the treatment of corona virus disease 2019 post-infected syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 cases of corona virus disease 2019 post-infected syndrome who were treated with the Yifei Liujunzi decoction in the outpatient department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to October 2023 were included in the observation group,while 30 cases of corona virus disease 2019 post-infected syndrome who were treated with Shiyiwei Shenqi Pian(十一味参芪片)were included in the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days.The amelioration rate of TCM symptoms,reduction rate of symptom scores,and total efficiency of TCM treatment before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety of the two treatment plans.Results:After treatment,The amelioration rates of TCM symptoms such as cough,sore throat,spontaneous sweating,fatigue,diarrhea,anxiety,and insomnia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was significantly significant(P＜0.01).The drug adverse reactions in both groups were mild,and there was no significantly statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the Yifei Liujunzi decoction on corona virus disease 2019 post-infected syndrome is better than that of Shiyiwei Shenqi Pian alone,and there is no increase in drug adverse reactions,so it can be popularized.
