A detailed description of CHEN's pediatric recuperating method
As a branch of Shanghai-style Pediatrics,CHEN's Pediatrics was included in Intangible Cultural Heritage List in Jiading District,Shanghai in 2017.CHEN's Pediatrics originated from CHIANG family of Huaxin Town in Qingpu District,and Lwas carried forward by CHEN Shuda.CHEN's Pediatrics is well-known in Jiading District and its surrounding areas,and has been preserved in the Pediatrics Department of Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine.Its main academic thought is to use the three methods of Tong(通),Qing(清),and Tiao(调)to treat various diseases in children at different levels,dozens of empirical decoction and San(散)dosage forms are described,Zhongyi Erke Chuanxin Lu(《中医儿科传心录》),Chenshi Erke Xinchuan(《陈氏儿科心传》)and other medical works has written.On the basis of inheriting CHEN's experience,the inheritors of CHEN's Pediatrics further apply the three methods of Tong,Qing,and Tiao in the modern pediatric clinic,mainly treating children's acute and chronic cough and asthma,rhinitis,anorexia,constipation,precocious puberty,children's kidney disease and so on,as well as use ointment to treat various chronic and difficult diseases in children,and the effects are remarkable.Tiao method is mainly used in the later treatment of various diseases,as well as in the treatment of a variety chronic diseases in children with ointment.According to the characteristics of different diseases,and on the basis of syndrome differentiation of Zangfu organs(脏腑),CHEN's Pediatric Tiao method is used to treat different diseases,which can be summarized into three aspects:external and internal harmonization,harmonization of two viscera,and three viscera harmonization.In this paper,the theoretical basis of each Tiao method is elaborated in detail,and the current therapeutic thoughts of Tiao method of CHEN's Pediatric in the treatment of diseases at the present stage are thoroughly explored and comprehensively summarized,so as to provide a basis for the summary of CHEN's Pediatric academic thought and clinical experience.
