The clinical application of classical prescriptions in the treatment of depression based on the theory of"When the five viscera Yuanzhen is unobstructed,the body is harmony"
Based on the theory of"When the five viscera Yuanzhen(元真)is unobstructed,the body is harmony"in Jingui Yaolue(《金匮要略》),the clinical application of classical prescriptions in the treatment of depression is analyzed here.Depression belongs to the category of emotional disease and depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper reviews the items and prescriptions related to depression syndrome in Jingui Yaolue,combines with the relevant traditional Chinese medicine literature for in-depth understanding,and analyzes clinical medical cases to support.The full Yuanzhen and smooth vitality of five viscera is the prerequisite for human body peace and harmony,when the five viscera are unobstructed,Qi(气)and blood in the body circulate in accordance with the order of mutual growth.When Yuanzhen in a certain viscus is deficient,the evil will be remained in the deficiency organs and affect the organ it conquers.The diseases described in Jingui Yaolue are located in the viscera.Unreplenished and obstructed Yuanzhen of the five viscera is the pathogenesis,which causes abnormal consciousness,the treatment should start from the aspects of supplement and unchoking.Based on two medical cases,this paper expounds the perception and enlightenment of the clinical application of classical prescriptions,analyzes the classical prescriptions such as Sini San(四逆散),Baihe(Bulbus Lilii)-ralated prescriptions,the Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤),and the Gancao Ganjiang decoction(甘草干姜汤),and briefly summarizes the medication scope and dominant diseases of insect drugs.Psychosis has brought great losses to human health and society.Traditional Chinese medicine has absolute advantages in treating psychosis,which fully embodies the characteristics of simple and inexpensive testing of traditional Chinese medicine.
