The action mechanism of Huguan Yinhuang Qinggan Yin in treating viral hepatitis B based on network pharmacology and molecular docking
Objective:Through network pharmacology and molecular docking technology,the active components,targets and action pathways of Huguan Yinhuang Qinggan Yin(虎贯茵黄清肝饮)in the treatment of virus B hepatitis were analyzed.Methods:The potential targets of the active ingredients in Huguan Yinhuang Qinggan Yin and the disease targets of viral hepatitis B were obtained through multiple public databases,and the intersection targets of the two were obtained.GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the intersection targets were performed.The key targets and important active ingredients were analyzed by molecular docking.Results:Network pharmacology analysis obtained 206 effective active ingredients,405 targets of effective active ingredients,1 431 disease targets,120 intersection targets of effevtiue active ingredients and disease,and 12 key targets.The enriched KEGG pathways included PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,cancer pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.Molecular docking showed that the core components could effectively combine with key targets.Conclusion:Huguan Yinhuang Qinggan Yin can treat virus B hepatitis through negative regulation of apoptosis,response to xenobiotic stimuli,positive regulation of gene expression,signal transduction and other mechanisms.
