Clinical observation on treating the renal deficiency and blood stasis type of decreased ovarian reserve function by acupuncture and medicine plus nourishing ovary method
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and medicine plus nourishing ovary method on the renal deficiency and blood stasis type of decreased ovarian reserve function.Methods:A total of 60 patients with the renal deficiency and blood stasis type of decreased ovarian reserve function were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by acupuncture and medicine plus nourishing ovary method,and the control group was treated by Western medicine artificial menstrual cycle method.The patients in both groups were treated for 3 courses.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment(P＜0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group in reducing syndrome scores(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum sex hormones FSH,LH and FSH/LH were significantly decreased in both groups(P＜0.01),serum E2 level in both groups were significantly increased(P＜0.01),but there was no statistical significance between the groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the serum AMH level and AFC value in the two groups were significantly increased(P＜0.01),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving AMH level and AFC value(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and medicine plus nourishing ovary method can effectively treat the renal deficiency and blood stasis type of decreased ovarian reserve function,and show a better effect in enhancing AMH and AFC without adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
