An analysis of medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of urethral calculus based on data mining
Objective:To explore the clinical application status and medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of urethral calculus through data mining and analysis.Methods:The clinical research literature on treating urethral calculus in TCM was systematically collected from CNKI,Wanfang Data,CQVIP and other databases from inception to October 2023,and standardized statistics were carried out by Microsoft Excel.After entering the standardized prescription data into TCM inheritance assistance system(V2.5),the medication frequency,medicinal property and flavor,composition rule and new prescriptions were analyzed to summarize and study the medication rules of TCM.Results:A total of 511 related prescriptions were selected,involving 266 Chinese medicines,of which 42 were used more than 30 times.Dispelling dampness and treating stranguria medicines were mainly used,the medicinal properties and tastes were mainly cold,moderate and warm,and most of them were attributed to bladder meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.The common drug pairs included Haijinsha(Lygodium japonicum)-Jinqiancao(Lysimachia),Ji'neijin(Membrane of chicken gizzard)-Jinqiancao,Ji'neijin-Haijinsha,etc..The drug groups with higher confidence were Ji'neijin,Haijinsha,Cheqianzi(Semen Plantaginis)→Jinqiancao;Ji'neijin,Haijinsha,Shiwei(Folium Pyrrosiae)-Jinqiancao;Haijinsha,Cheqianzi→Jinqiancao.Finally,there were 17 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Dispelling dampness and treating stranguria medicines are main used in the treatment of urethral calculus in TCM,and it is preferred to choose Chinese medicines such as Jinqiancao,Haijinsha,Ji'neijin,Cheqianzi,Shiwei,Huashi,Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),etc.,which can provide certain reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
