The corresponding author suffered from coronary atherosclclous heart disease(CHD)plus chronic cardiac insufficiency.Because the results of two hospitalizations were only amelioration,the corresponding author broke the concept of"Doctors don't treat themselves or their families",and based on the experience of famous doctors,referred to the relevant literature to formulate prescription.According to the complexity of the disease with multiple causes,multiple syndromes and multiple diseases,based on the theory of syndrome differentiation is the basis of treatment,and prescriptions and syndromes should be responded to each other,the generous compound method of treatment is adopted.Western medicines of strengthening the heart and diuresis were used,accompanied by TCM generous compound method to treat chronic heart insufficiency.The prescription embodies the combination of TCM and Western medicine,simultaneous treatment based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,the simultaneous treatment of new diseases and old diseases,and the combination of special prescriptions and other prescriptions.After more than two months of treatment,the macro main symptoms were disappeared or decreased,and the micro examination indicators were normal or improved.Therefore,it is realized that the relationship between combined prescriptions and generous compound method is that the former is the basis of the latter,and the latter is the sublimation of the former,the combination of TCM and Western medicine can learn from each other to improve the curative effect on disease,generous compound method has advantages in the treatment of chronic heart dysfunction,and learning from ancient and modern famous doctors is important.
