The medication rule and clinical experience of Professor PEI Zhengxue in treating lung cancer based on R language data mining technology
Objective:To summarize and discuss the medication characteristics and prescription rules of Professor PEI Zhengxue in the treatment of lung cancer through the collection,collation and retrospective analysis of outpatient prescriptions on lung cancer of the professor,so as to summarize the medication experience,and lay a solid foundation for inheriting and developing the academic thought of the professor.Methods:After collecting 564 outpatient prescriptions on lung cancer of Professor PEI Zhengxue from January 2015 to December 2020,R language was used for data mining to analyze the drug used frequency and association rules in the treatment of lung cancer by Professor PEI Zhengxue,so as to summarize the medication rules and medication experience of the professor in the treatment of lung cancer.Results:The results of the analysis of 564 collected outpatient prescriptions showed that the top ten drugs with high drug frequency were Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Fuling(Poria),Kuxingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Jiegeng(Radix Platycodonis),Zisuye(Folium Perillae),Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii),Qianhu(Radix Peucedani),and Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae).Through association rules and cluster analysis,it was concluded that Xingsu San(杏苏散i)as the main composition of the core prescription was the basic prescription for the treatment of lung cancer by Professor PEI Zhengxue,and the prescription for its complications was the combination of coronary heart disease NO.2,Sini San(四逆散),and Aizheng Wuwei Xiaodu Yin(癌症五味消毒饮).Conclusion:In terms of the treatment of lung cancer,Professor PEI Zhengxue pays attention to the stage of treatment,and the method of releasing lung Qi(气)to cultivate soil and produce gold is carried out throughout the treatment period.The professor attaches great importance to the liver,spleen and kidneys,and is good at both attacking and tonifying by the method of activating blood circulation and removing stasis.The professor does not stick to one style of prescription.In the treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer,the main method is to strengthen and consolidate body resistance,which has achieved certain clinical curative effects.
