基于数据挖掘探究国家专利中药复方制剂治疗甲状腺结节的用药规律

目的:通过数据挖掘探究国家专利网中中药复方制剂治疗甲状腺结节的用药规律.方法:登录国家专利网(http://epub.cnipa.gov.cn),构建检索式后通过高级检索功能检索自建库至2024年3月1日在专利网中已公告的中药复方制剂治疗甲状腺结节的专利,将符合要求的中药复方逐条记录到EXCEL中作为原始数据,进行数据处理后对药物的使用频次、功效类别、性味归经、毒性等进行统计,同时使用IBM SPSS Modeler 18、IBM SPSS Statistics 26等对药物进行关联规则和聚类分析.结果:共纳入86个治疗甲状腺结节的中药复方制剂,筛重后获得药物274味,其中,使用频次超过10次的药物有24味,夏枯草使用次数最多,为36次,其次为浙贝母(29次),第三位为牡蛎(27次).在药物性味归经方面,药物四气以寒者居多,为441次,五味以苦味为首,为555次,归经多属肝经,其次归肺经、脾经;药物毒性方面,共使用毒性药物25种,其中大毒药物2种,为草乌、马钱子,有毒药物15种,小毒药物8种,有毒药物使用频次最高者为半夏(22次),其次为黄药子.对高频药物进行关联规则分析,共得到7组药物组合,聚类分析获得3组有效聚类方.结论:国家专利网中众医家治疗甲状腺结节时多重视治疗肝、肺、脾等脏器,药物选择多以化痰、清热、活血化瘀、补虚为主,兼顾理气、解郁之品的使用,同时有部分毒性药物及虫类药物,为临床治疗甲状腺结节及新方开发应用提供参考.
Revealing the medication regulations of national patent TCM compound preparations in the treatment of thyroid nodules through data mining
Objective:To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations in the treatment of thyroid nodules in the National Patent Network through data mining.Methods:After logging in the National Patent Network(http://epub.cnipa.gov.cn)to construct a search formula,the patents of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations for the treatment of thyroid nodules published in the National Patent Network from the establishment of the database to March 1,2024 were searched through advanced search functions.The traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions that met the requirements were recorded one by one in to EXCEL as the original data.After data processing,the frequency of drug use,drug efficacy categories,taste and meridian tropism,drug toxicity were statistically analyzed.At the same time,IBM SPSS Modeler 18,IBM SPSS Statistics 26 were used for association rules and cluster analysis of drugs.Results:A total of 86 TCM compound preparations for the treatment of thyroid nodules were included.After screening,a total of 274 drugs were obtained.Among them,24 Chinese medicines were used more than 10 times.Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae)was used most frequently,36 times,followed by Zhebeimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii),29 times,and the third was Muli(Concha Ostreae),27 times.In terms of drug taste and meridian tropism,the four Qi(气)of the drug were mostly cold,with a total of 441 times.The five flavors were dominated by bitter taste,with 555 times.The meridian tropism was mostly liver meridian,followed by lung meridian and spleen meridian.In terms of drug toxicity,a total of 25 kinds of toxic drugs were used,including 2 kinds of large toxic drugs,15 kinds of toxic drugs and 8 kinds of small toxic drugs.The most frequently used toxic drugs were Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),which were used 22 times,followed by Huangyaozi(Rhizoma Dioscoreae).A total of 7 drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis of high-frequency drugs,and 3 effective clustering prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:In the National Patent Network,many doctors pay more attention to the treatment of liver,lung,spleen and other organs in the treatment of thyroid nodules.The drugs are mainly used for resolving phlegm,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and tonifying deficiency,taking into account the use of drugs for regulating Qi and relieving depression.At the same time,there are some toxic drugs and insect drugs,which provide reference for the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules and the development and application of new prescriptions.
