Disquisition the medication rule of treating dysentery in Jingyue Quanshu based on data mining
Objective:To excavate the prescription of ZHANG Jiebin in the treatment of dysentery in Jingyue Quanshu(《景岳全书》),analyze and summarize its medication rules,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis and other related diseases.Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of dysentery contained in Jingyue Quanshu were included,and a database was established.The used frequency,four properties,five flavors,meridian tropism,and efficacy classification of Chinese medicines,as well as association rule analysis and cluster analysis were carried out to explore the medication rules and experience.Results:A total of 76 prescriptions were included,involving 119 Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 473 times.Thirty-two Chinese medicines such as Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata)were high-frequency Chinese medicines.Its medicinal properties are warm,and the taste was mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.It mainly enters the spleen,stomach,lung,heart and kidney meridians.Through association rule analysis,a total of 15 core drug groups such as Baizhu and Renshen,Baizhu and Fuling(Poria),Baishao and Danggui were obtained.Cluster analysis got 4 drug combinations,class 1:Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Ganjiang,Fuzi,Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Muxiang(Radix Aucklandiae),Gancao.Class 2:Ganjiang,Wuzhuyu(Fructus Evodiae),Fuzi,Shudihuang,Muxiang,Zhigancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata).Class 4:Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Gancao,Baisha Danggui,Muxiang,Rougui(Cortex Cinnamomi).Class 4:Renshen,Baizhu,Fuling,Zhigancao.Most of the drugs used have the functions of tonifying,warming Yang(阳),drying dampness and regulating Qi(气).Conclusion:In this study,through the analysis of 76 prescriptions for the treatment of dysentery in Jingyue Quanshu,it was found that ZHANG Jiebin's treatment of dysentery was based on deficiency,focusing on tonifying spleen and kidney,paying attention to warming and tonifying Yangqi(阳气),and nourishing Yin(阴),taking into account Qi,blood,Yin,and Yang,and focusing on reconciling Qi and blood.Medication is streamlined and not limited to a certain type,from the perspectives of exogenous dampness and heat,internal damage to the spleen and stomach,etc..
