藏药瑞香狼毒的研究进展

瑞香狼毒（Stellera chamaejasme L.）是瑞香科狼毒属植物,其干燥根入药.作为传统藏药材,瑞香狼毒在藏医药中的应用历史悠久.近年来有关瑞香狼毒化学成分和抗肿瘤、抗艾滋病方面的研究取得了迅速的发展.对狼毒其化学成分及药理作用方面的研究进行了综述,以期为该药材的进一步开发与利用提供依据.结果表明,瑞香狼毒主要含有黄酮类、二萜类、香豆素类及木脂素类化学成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗惊厥、抗癫痫、抗菌抗病毒、免疫调节及抗氧化等多种药理作用.
The Research Progress of Tibetan Medicine Stellera chamaejasme L.
Stellera chamaejasme L. be long to Thymelaeaceae Stellera species. The dried root of SteUera chamaejasme L. has a long application history on clinical as a Traditional tibetan Medicine. Recently, the research about chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Stellera chamaejasme L. has made great progresses. In this article, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects were summarized in order to supply the scientific basis for further exploitation of this plant. Both the domestic and foreign research showed that Stellera chamaejasme L. contains chemical constituents of flavonoids, diterpenes, coumarins, lignans etc and has wide pharmacological effects, especially in anti-tumor, anti-epilepsy, anti-convulsions, antisepsis and antivirus, anti-oxident activities.
