Antiallergic and Antipruritic Effects of Sophora Japonica L.&Rosa Roxburghii Extract and Its Application in Supplementary Food Nutrient Spraying
To investigate the effect of Sophora japonica L.& Rosa roxburghii extract on anti-allergy and anti-itch,and apply it in complementary food nutrient powder,aiming to provide nutrition pro-gram for infants and young children who are prone to allergy and low immunity.In this study,differ-ent experimental groups were set up to investigate the antiallergic and antipruritic effects of Sophora japonica L.& Rosa roxburghii extract by measuring the inhibition rate of hyaluronidase activity,ear swelling,spleen index,thymus index and licking times of mice in each group after administration.The composition of Sophora japonica L.and Rosa roxburghii was applied to the supplementary food nutrient sprinkling agent,and the mixing uniformity of the supplementary food nutrient sprinkling a-gent and the stability of each nutrient in the acceleration process were investigated.The results showed that the inhibitory rate of Sophora japonica L.& Rosa roxburghii extract on hyaluronidase ac-tivity was 73%,and compared with the model group,the Sophora japonica L.& Rosa roxburghii ex-tract could significantly reduce ear swelling,spleen index,thymus index and licking times of mice,which proved that the Sophora japonica L.& Rosa roxburghii extract had better anti-allergic and an-tipruritic effects..RSD values of all nutrients in the composition of Sophora japonica L.& Rosa rox-burghii extract were less than 5%,and the attenuation of all nutrients was stable within 6 months of acceleration,which met the requirements of national standards.In this study,Sophora japonica L.& Rosa roxburghii extract has the anti-allergy and anti-itching effect,and predicts the decay of each nutrient in the supplement nutrient spray of this composition,providing certain data support and ref-erence for the development of anti-allergy and anti-itching supplement nutrient spray products.
