摘要
准确把握中华民族共同体的复杂性,是中国共产党正确处理民族关系、成功解决民族问题的历史经验,也是当前推进中华民族共同体建设的理论基础.中国共产党从"一体性""共同性""差异性""差距性"四个方面深刻把握了中华民族共同体的基本特征,在不同历史阶段都提出了具体的政策主张以推进中华民族共同体建设,形成了尊重"差异性"、缩小"差距性"、增进"共同性"、巩固"一体性"的理论和政策体系.本文在中国共产党关于中华民族共同体建设的论述脉络中,厘清了四者的内涵和关系,梳理了不同阶段中国共产党处理四方面问题的实践探索,提出了以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线推进中华民族共同体建设的路径思考.
Abstract
Accurately understanding the complexity of the Chinese national community,is the historical experience of the CPC in successfully handling ethnic relations and solving ethnic problems,and also the theoretical basis for promoting the construction of the Chinese national community.The CPC has deeply mastered the basic characteristics of the community of the Chinese nation from four aspects:"unity","commonality","differences"and"disparities".Specific policy proposals have been proposed at different historical stages to promote the construction of a Chinese national community,forming a theoretical and policy system that respects"differences",narrows"disparities",enhances"commonality",and consolidates"unity".In the context of the CPC's discussion on the construction of the Chinese national community,this article clarifies the connotation and relationship of the four aspects,sorts out the practical exploration of the CPC in dealing with four aspects of problems at different stages,proposes thinking on the path of promoting the construction of the Chinese national community.
