The Fracture and Remodeling of the Legal Consciousness of Fire Fighting in Ethnic Areas under the Perspective of Space
The spatial research perspective of social science is conducive to understand relationship between the cultural characteristics of conflagration and the structure of modern fire prevention legal system.Legal anthropology is good at taking space in daily life, and we can find out how people's legal awareness deals with abnormal situations, and how they can shape each other.Nearly a decade field investigation has found that the lack of legal awareness of fire prevention is only the superficial reason causing the unsuccessful effect of modern fire fighting system. The underlying problem lies in that the modern fire control legal system ignores the cultural spatial characteristics of fire occurrence, which leads to the spatial rupture of legal consciousness. The construction of risk governance system of joint construction, joint governance and sharing should also be developed in the space system of traditional fire prevention system in southwest China. In the sense of social construction, risk not only includes the digital symbols in the statistical sense, but also includes the deep connection between the people behind the risk, between people and society, between different societies, and between respective painful feelings.Such connections are the basis for the consciousness of the rule of law to break the centralization and cross-domain cultural differences and construct consensus and coordination, that is,a governance concept with humanistic care.
