Promotion of Ethnic Cultural Integration through Short Videos of Ethnic Cuisines
Focusing on building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation,this paper focuses on the ethnic cuisine and the daily life of related ethnic individuals and groups presented on mainstream short video platforms such as Tiktok and Kwai by means of short videos,and analyzes the basic characteristics of the image ecology of ethnic cuisines and the mental attitudes and emotional experiences it embodies.Based on the digital communication practices of ethnic individuals focusing on food in the context of new media,this article aims to explore the ethnic culture,communication regulations,and psychological identity expressed by ethnic individuals and groups in social media interactions.It is believed that the recognition of the common value between ethnic groups in food short videos is more significant compared to clothing,festivals,architecture,and other types,and enjoys a lasting vitality for cross-ethnic communication.Strengthening the production practice and dissemination momentum of short videos related to ethnic cuisine enjoys a significant effect on strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community.It is not only conducive to promoting the recognition of ethnic cuisine culture and enhancing the affinity of ethnic culture,actively promoting the development of ethnic cuisine economy,but also objectively facilitates the deepening of ethnic exchange,communication and integration.
