The development of digital economy makes it become a new economic form after agricultural economy and industrial economy,so the connotation of modernization is transformed from industrialization in the era of industrial economy to digitalization in the era of digital economy,requiring promotion of the synchronous development of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.Chinese-style modernization requires the complete population of more than 1.4 billion to enter a modern society,which means that ethnic areas must modernize together with other regions.Due to history,geography and other factors,there is an obvious gap between the level of economic development of ethnic regions with the eastern developed regions.Digital economy has the characteristics of high innovation,wide coverage and strong penetration,which provides the possibility for the leap-forward development of ethnic areas.The combination of the development of digital economy and the resource endowment and comparative advantages of ethnic areas has created conditions for ethnic areas to develop digital economy based on their resource endowment and comparative advantages.Therefore,ethnic areas can build new dynamics and new advantages,boost modernization on schedule through implementing the new development concept,basing on resources endowment and comparative advantage,actively integrating into the physical space and digital space of domestic and international market,accelerating the construction of digital infrastructure,improving the digital literacy and the ability to use digital technology.
