民族经济关系视域下中华民族共同体与共同富裕的互嵌理路研究

摘要
民族经济关系是民族关系的重要方面,是中华民族共同体中各民族经济相互联系与相互依存的产物,是研究中华民族共同体形成与发展的重要维度.从民族经济关系角度审视中华民族共同体,呈现出 自古以来各民族经济交往交流与紧密交融的广阔图景,同时也存在迟滞各民族进一步交往交流交融的因素.中华人民共和国成立后,中华民族共同体凝聚力空前增强,共同富裕思想与实践逐步深化、拓展,党的领导、独立主权以及社会主义制度的三者统一使共同性得以深化,形成了二者互嵌的逻辑理路:中华民族共同体为共同富裕提供历史基础,共同富裕则系紧中华民族共同体的关键纽带,凝聚其精神力量、拓展其内部经济网络,增强其共同性.沿着二者互嵌理路,把握各族人民共同实现社会主义现代化的下一个互嵌关键点,结合新时代的实际国情构建实现路径:在建设全国统一大市场中加强各民族交往交流交融;在构建现代经济体系中提升民族地区的经济功能;在共建共享中增强各民族的内生发展能力;在数字经济发展中增强共同性.
Abstract
Ethnic economic relationship is an important aspect of ethnic relations,the product of the mutual economic connection and interdependence of various ethnic groups in the Chinese national community,and it is an important dimension for the study of the formation and development of the Chinese national community.From the perspective of ethnic economic relations,the Chinese national community presents a broad picture of economic communication and close integration of ethnic groups since ancient times.At the same time,there are also factors that delay the further exchanges,communications and integration of different ethnic groups.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,the cohesion of the Chinese national community gained unprecedented enhancement,and the idea and practice of common prosperity gained gradual deepening and expansion.The unification of the Party's leadership,independent sovereignty and socialism have deepened the commonality,forming a logical approach between the two:the Chinese national community provides a historical basis for common prosperity,while common prosperity is the key link of the Chinese national community,while gathering its spiritual strength,expanding its internal economic network,and enhancing its commonality.Following the path of interpenetration between the two,we should seize the next focal point of the people of all ethnic groups to realize socialist modernization together,and build the realization path in combination with the actual national conditions of the new era.We will strengthen exchanges,communications and integration among ethnic groups in building a unified national market,improve the economic function of ethnic areas in the construction of modern economic system,strengthen the endogenous development capacity of all ethnic groups in the process of joint contribution and shared benefits,and strengthen commonality in the development of the digital economy.
