Digital Economy Enables High-quality Development of Specialty Industries in Ethnic Regions:Mechanism and Realization Path
Fostering and developing specialty industries is an important way to form new growth engines and competitive advantages of regional economy.With its powerful technology enabling effect,market effect,space spillover effect and sharing effect,the digital economy provides a feasible technical path for promoting the characteristic industries in ethnic areas to deviate from the traditional business forms and achieve high-quality development.This paper focuses on the core essence of high-quality development of specialty industries in ethnic areas,and discusses the influence mechanism of digital economy on special industries from the five dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.Through the enabling role of digital economy,it can not only drive the technological innovation of traditional specialty industries,promote the innovation of factor input mode and business operation mode,effectively stimulate the power of innovation and development of speciality industries,but also fully exert the resource advantages of east and west,promote the cross-regional coordinated development of characteristic industries.It can also promote the transformation of characteristic industries into modern production modes of being low-carbon,energy-saving and efficient,expand the market space of characteristic industries,realize internal and external development,improve the participation rate of employment and the quality and skills of workers of all ethnic groups,so that they can share the fruits of the development of specialty industries.However,due to the underdeveloped economy in ethnic areas,the weak capacity of scientific and technological innovation,and the insufficient professionals support,the enabling role of digital economy is restricted.Therefore,we should make efforts on the following four dimensions to maximize the role of digital economy in the specialty industries in ethnic areas:First,to enhance the economic support of the digital economy through the combination of effective markets and effective government;Second,we should foster new drivers of growth by improving the innovation ecosystem;Third,we should innovate the introduction and training mode of digital professionals,and improve the effectiveness of the enabling role of digital economy;Fourth,to fulfill the high speed of the enabling role of the digital economy through the improvement of digital infrastructure construction.
