The Transcendental Logic of Tianxia Theory:The Three Dimensional Integration of Ontology,Ethics,and Epistemology
This article makes analysis on the transcendental logic of Tianxia(all land under heaven).The Tianxia theory tries to address the possibility of coexistence and trans-subjective reconciliation among multiple subjects,presenting itself as the optimal feasible solution under the constraints of real-world problems.The fundamental challenge which is recursive in human life is the conflict among free multiple subjects,whose ontological reality necessitates that politics transcend monolithic political units such as individuals,nation-states,empires,or civilizations,evolving instead into a Tianxia encompassing all levels of interest-bearing entities and political concerns.The coexistence ontology places the multiplicity of coexistence prior to individual existence,offering the only rational solution to pluralistic politics.The resultant trans-subjectivity infers the principles of freedom among subjects not from within individuals,but from the possible relationships among them.The future Tianxia will unfold itself through three dimensions:the political Tianxia,the moral Tianxia,and the epistemic Tianxia.These dimensions incorporate constitutional political concepts such as the internalization of the world,relational rationality,and Confucian improvement,alongside principles of moral symmetry applicable across myriad directions,and a new encyclopedia of trans-subjectivity.
