城郊融合类村庄的发展逻辑与治理新命题

摘要
城郊融合类村庄是乡村更新和乡村振兴的重点领域,也是突破城乡融合发展问题的先行地带.乡村研究常常携带一个假设,即认为乡村发展的弱势主要来自城乡之间的融合程度不足.然而,城乡融合发展实现的内在逻辑为何,城郊融合型村庄又面临哪些发展的未预期后果和风险,对于以上问题的回答仍然存在诸多"知识黑箱".在后乡土中国的现实背景下,亟须一种与之相呼应的"后乡村性"视角,更好地认识中国农业农村现代化进程中不断呈现出的开放性、差异性和能动性.基于对上海城郊乡村的经验考察,研究发现城郊融合型村庄出现了发展分离的未预期后果,亟待回应社会交易促进、区域社会资本重建、社区治理密度提升等乡村治理新命题.
Abstract
Suburban integrated villages are the key areas of rural renewal and rural revitalization,and also the area to take first attempts in breaking through the problem of urban-rural integration development.However,there are still many knowledge black boxes for the internal logic of urban-rural integrated development,the unexpected consequences and risks of development.In the realistic background of post-rural China,it is urgent to have a"post-rural"perspective to better correspond to the current situation,so as to better understand the openness,difference and initiative constantly presented in the process of China's agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the experience investigation of the suburban villages in Shanghai,the research found the unexpected consequences of the suburban integrated village development separation,and it is urgent to respond to the new propositions of rural governance such as the promotion of social transactions,regional social capital reconstruction,and the improvement of community governance density.
