How Can the External Forces"Activate"the Endogenous Power of the Rural Governance Community:Case Study Based on Investigation of Volunteer Service in Village K in City E
How can external forces"activate"the endogenous power of the rural governance community when they enter the village field?Based on the perspective of"network-role"analysis case study, the research found that after the external force intervention,it can go through four stages of preparation, getting involved into the village, aggregation and long-term development, form a"volunteer-supporter"large team,to continuously promote the villagers'identity cognitive transformation, which provides endogenous power for rural governance community. The research extracts and explains the internal logic of"external force action-actor network development-role cognition transformation-endogenous power enhancement"in the process of"activation"of rural governance community. It is the key to"activate"the endogenous power of rural governance community to clearly promote the transformation of villagers'role cognition from"atomized individuals"to"community members"under the framework of actor network. This facilitates to solve the common"external force dilemma"in rural governance, and provides a feasible path to better enhance people's cohesion in the governance community.
