The construction of ideological and political education in courses is an important part of strengthening ideological and political work in universities and reforming professional curriculum teaching.It is a comprehensive educational concept that constructs a com-prehensive education pattern,cooperating in educating people,ultimately achieves the fundamental educational task of"cultivating pe-ople with moral education".Modern chromatographic analysis is a compulsory course for graduate students majoring in chemistry,ag-ronomy,food science,animal pharmacy,and animal medicine in higher agricultural universities.This course offers a wide range of ma-jors and a large number of students,making it an important carrier for ideological and political education.The author takes the modern chromatography analysis course in higher agricultural universities as an example to introduce the significance of implementing ideolog-ical and political elements in the course,as well as the integration of ideological and political content with professional content.It is hop-ed that this can provide useful reference for ideological and political teaching in related subject courses.
