Teaching Reform and Practice of"Chinese and Western Cater-ing Services"Course in Hotel Management Major under the Background of Industry-Education Integration
"Chinese and Western Catering Services"is a compulsory practical course for hotel management majors in vocational colleges,focusing on cultivating students'practical ability and adaptability.The traditional training and teaching mode of this course at school is no longer able to meet the requirements of modern hotel industry talent cultivation,and it is urgent to carry out teaching reform according to the actual industry development in order to adapt to the needs of the times.Based on this,the article combines real-life hotel scenario cases and job task design explanations to form teaching content,and adopts a real-life scenario operation mode mainly based on process evaluation and comprehensive evaluation for teaching,in order to better achieve school enterprise cooperation,industry education integ-ration,and cultivate professional talents needed for modern enterprise development.
