Research on the Current Situation and Development Strategies of Course Ideological and Political Education for Graduate Teachers——A Questionnaire Survey Based on Graduate Teachers in Guizhou Province
Curriculum ideological and political education is key to achieve the fundamental task of moral education,and it is also an im-portant way to cultivate talents through the integration of morality and intelligence in graduate education.The study selected graduate teachers in Guizhou Province to conduct a questionnaire survey,exploring their awareness of ideological and political education,teach-ing willingness,teaching ability,teaching behavior,and teaching guarantee needs.Research has found that the overall situation of tea-chers'ideological and political education in the curriculum is average,with high awareness and willingness to teach,and relatively low levels of teaching ability and frequency of teaching behavior.The awareness of ideological and political education in courses is signifi-cantly influenced by the variables of professional title,teaching subject category,and mentor identity.Teaching willingness is signifi-cantly influenced by teaching experience,professional title,and mentor identity.Teaching ability is significantly influenced by teaching experience,professional title,and teaching subject category.Teaching behavior is significantly influenced by teaching subject category.The demand for ensuring ideological and political education in the curriculum is diverse and subject specific.Based on this,strategies for the development of curriculum ideological and political education for graduate teachers are proposed.
