It is of great significance for the visually impaired group to receive cultural services to protect their cultural rights and interests and enhance their sense of cultural acquisition.Based on the investigation and research of library services for the visually impaired,this paper summarizes the present situation,and puts forward some innovative strategies for the development of library services,including expanding reading promotion activities for the visually impaired,establishing a service cooperation mechanism for the visually impair-ed,improving the information literacy of visually impaired groups in libraries,enriching the construction of reading resources for the visually impaired,and building a high-quality reading promotion team for the visually impaired.This study aims to further explore the career development and innovation path combining the theory and practice of library services for the visually impaired,and draw wis-dom and strength to promote the high-quality development of library services for the visually impaired in the new era.
