Coordination and Integration:Research on the Limitation of Civil Prosecutorial Public Interest Litigation
The statute of limitations for litigation is the legal protection period for the substantive rights of the parties.If a lawsuit is not filed after the statute of limitations expires,the parties will bear adverse legal effects.The article explores the nature of civil public in-terest litigation initiated by procuratorial organs,positions procuratorial organs,and combines relevant theories and value choices of stat-ute of limitations to compare it with the ordinary statute of limitations and special statute of limitations in traditional general civil litiga-tion,and it also explores the applicability of statute of limitations in civil procuratorial public interest litigation in China,as well as how to make provisions for the statute of limitations in civil procuratorial public interest litigation,in order to promote further improvement and development of civil procuratorial public interest litigation.
